Chris’ research regarding "the fusion of both corporate and domestic cultures within the mind of an employee" is the focus of his corporate speaking programs. He believes they must co-exist in harmony to create the ideal productive environment. By creating a harmonious lifestyle, which is not simply a work-life balance adjustment but creating a “life is more like an orchestra than a balance scale. Our lives are made up of many parts that need to be heard and attended to at different points throughout the day – life is not a two-part balancing act."
  
Chris has conducted many interviews, workshops, coaching sessions, and retreats over a span of 25-year. Which is how he quickly recognizes telltale signs and patterns of the good, the bad, and the ugly when it comes to creating a harmonious life style.
